LaNema Concept is being built on a 23,017 m² land, consisting of 18 blocks with 229 residential units—including 32 units of 2+1, 64 units of 3+1, and 133 units of 4+1—as well as 19 independent commercial spaces. Approximately 12,000 m² of the project area is dedicated to green spaces and social amenities.
The project offers a semi-Olympic indoor swimming pool, a children’s pool, a Turkish bath, a fitness center, a steam room, a sauna, a massage room, volleyball and basketball courts, and a tennis court. Additionally, residents will benefit from open and closed parking spaces for each apartment, garden gazebos, decorative pools, walking paths, children’s playgrounds, and a cafeteria.
LaNema Concept ensures a safe and comfortable living environment with 24/7 monitored security camera systems, a full-time generator system, underfloor heating, a Wi-Fi-enabled thermostat for temperature control, a video intercom system, a heated glass kitchen balcony, French windows for maximum daylight, and an impressive ceiling height of 3.10 meters to enhance the spacious feel of the interiors.
The project commenced in September 2024, with residential occupancy set to begin in May 2026 and full completion scheduled for September 2027.
