MRCN YAPI Construction and Jewelry Ltd. Co. was established in 1999 in Konya through the partnership of Halil İbrahim KIRKKUVALI and Mücahit Mustafa TOZDUMAN, initially entering the jewelry sector under the name MERCAN ALTIN MÜCEVHERAT. The company has continued its commercial activities in the same location for 25 years.
In 2012, recognizing that homebuyers had no choice but to take out interest-based loans from banks, the company founded a construction firm with the mission of enabling people to own homes without interest.
Since 2012, our company has successfully completed 11 projects in the Mersin and Karaman regions, delivering approximately 700 apartments and a college campus for 1,300 studentswithin contractual timeframes using the interest-free system.
Now, to reach more people and expand the system for the benefit of our community, we are launching our projects in Konya under the LA-NEMA CONCEPT, bringing a better future to those in need.
